We offer virtual nutrition consultations via Skype for those who find it difficult to make it to our clinic. A referral from your GP is not required for an appointment with one of our dietitians. Whatever the reasons for making an appointment, you will be provided with a step-by-step plan for making realistic and long lasting dietary changes to your life. While you are making these changes you can feel happy in the knowledge that each step you make is under the guidance and with the support of a trained professional. The initial consultation will take up to an hour. This will include a complete dietary assessment, individual goals will be set and diet plan will be provided.
